Order and delivery
Do you supply to private individuals?
No, we only deliver to retailers and wholesalers.
How do I order PowerStrains® cannabis seeds for my shop or wholesaler?
You can place your order directly through our webshop. Immediately after your order, we will send
you a confirmation that your order has been received in good order. You need an account for this,
read more at “(My) Account”.
How do I pay for my order?
You pay for your order by means of a manual transfer to our PowerStrains® bank account. The details
and payment information are on your invoice, which you will receive by email immediately after
placing your order. We will ship your order when we have received the invoice amount in our bank
account. This is usually within one working day. We aim to dispatch your order within one working
day after receiving your payment.
How do you ship the cannabis seeds?
We offer only the most secure shipping options, so your order is delivered safely
and quickly. We only ship to business or home addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes or pick-up
To which countries do you ship cannabis seeds?
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta,
Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Cancellation and returns
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within two weeks of placing it. Once we have received your return, we
will contact you and refund the purchase price to your account within a few days. Depending on the
situation, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund. Please also see our “Shipping and
Returns” conditions for more information on cancelling or returning an order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order that has been paid for but has not yet been dispatched by us by sending a
message via the contact form. You do not have to cancel an order that has not yet been paid. We will
dispatch your order after we have received your payment in our bank account. Please also see our
Shipping and Returns conditions for more information on cancelling or returning an order.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account quickly and easily here.
Do I need to create an account to be able to order?
Yes, creating an account is necessary to place an order. You are required to enter a valid VAT
number and Chamber of Commerce number when creating your account. This is because we only
supply retailers and wholesalers. Once your details have been checked and approved by us, your
account will be activated. You will receive an email about this.
What if I cannot log into my account?
Initially, it is recommended to request a new password. If this does not solve the problem, please
contact us via email: email@example.com.
